About Digital & Technology in Coop

The entire set-up for Digital and Technology in Coop consists of over 200 people, from project managers, product- and system owners to developers, designers and architects. We supports the entire value chain in Coop, ensuring the proper functioning of our IT systems. In addition to that, we works with innovation and develops future-oriented technology and digital solutions to enhance the shopping experience by making it more personal, seamless, and efficient.

Solving everyday problems

What we constantly try to do is challenge ourselves on what our co-owners and customers are concerned with. The question is what everyday problems do they have, and what can we do to help them solve these everyday problems?

As a vital part of the ongoing problem solving, we also work continuously to make our value chain more efficient and sustainable by developing better technological solutions in SAP. We must give our core business the support they need in order to deliver on our customer promises. Together, we put the customer first.
