We offer flexibility and the chance for hybrid work. However, you will always have your spot at our HQ in Grorud. The head office is located approx. 20 minutes north of central Oslo. Here you have good access to a suitable workstation, meeting rooms, various activity zones, and a warm and welcomning atmosphere. In addition, we have a training room, our own patisserie and of course a little grocery store for your convenience.

Work setup

It's largely up to the team you are part of to determine the type of setup that works best for you, but generally, we are in the office about three days a week, with flexibility on the remaining two days.

If you need to be away for an extended period of time (for example to visit family abroad), we also accommodate such situations. In general, we have a flexible approach to both working hours and locations.
